The Descent is an invitation into the deliquescent interior of your own chrysalis.

Across six weeks, we journey into the depths of the inner landscape, making intimate contact with the wisdom, mystery and gifts of the darkness.

This is a soul journey - a voyage into the liminal spaces of soma and psyche - to retrieve and revive the parts of yourself that have been exiled, repressed, forgotten or left behind.

Together, we decondition inherited ideas about darkness and encounter Her as fertile, wombic, nourishing and alive. A place of revelation. A place where vision deepens and intuition awakens.

Through contemplative practice, guided journeying, embodiment, movement, ritual and creative exploration, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with darkness and the imaginal realm. The body becomes a divinatory instrument, offering pathways into greater truth, authenticity, and aliveness.

As your capacity to listen deepens, so too does your trust in the subtle ways you receive guidance, insight and knowing.

Within darkness, we see ourselves more clearly. Through this process, greater self-knowledge, intimacy and understanding can emerge.

Integration is woven throughout the journey, supported through somatic practices, ritual and creative expression, allowing what is revealed to be metabolised, embodied and anchored into everyday life.
