Between the ages of 11-16 years, a unique stage in physical and psychological growth plays a crucial role in how a youth athlete engages in sport. Drawing from the latest research, Craig uses real-life stories to make this fascinating subjects easy to understand with practical tips to support your child to take on challenge and find their potential.

Craig works with parents and coaches to develop more creative, confident and physically robust youth athletes. He holds a PhD in athlete development and supervisors a number of PhD and Masters students at AUT University.
