Just in time for summer, The Dirty Happys are bringing their big, feel-good sound to The Stables!
A nine-piece, multi-generational North Auckland band blending reggae and dub with a bit of funk and a lot of soul. Fronted by local Aysha-Robertson Straka and her daughter Jaya, and backed by a tight rhythm section, keys and a punchy horn section, this group has a special knack for getting people moving.
Come for the deep grooves, big horns, familiar favourites to sing along to and a few original tunes along the way.
Gather your dancing buddies, come and grab some food and drink, then work it all out on the dance floor. You're bound to feel better than when you arrived!
