The Drone is Pete Shmigel’s new collection of fictional short stories based on the bravery of Ukrainians during war-time. The launch will feature readings from the book, an interview by a leading Australian journalist, and a guest musician. It will be held in the unique setting that is the crypt of St James Church - a setting similar to where Ukrainians must seek shelter nearly every day from a cruel invaders’ bombs.
