Ten years ago, a bold conversation in Ōtautahi sparked a movement. Chef Giulio Sturla gathered chefs, producers, academics, and media to ask the big questions about our food system - and Eat New Zealand was born.
A decade on, we're still asking those questions. Still celebrating who we are. Still building a food nation.
This October, we return—this time to Auckland—with two days of inspiring talks, radical ideas, and vibrant connections, hosted alongside AUT, The Centre for Critical Food Studies, The Pacific Food Lab and the Foundation for Arable Research.
