About Lee Duffield

Lee has a passion for helping businesses improve efficiencies across all areas of operation, from  implementing cloud integrated software systems to advising on legal structures of business for taxation purposes.

For over 12 years, Lee has worked in business services and tax advisory for small and medium family businesses, self-managed superannuation funds and high net wealth individuals. In particular, Lee draws on knowledge from her Masters of Taxation, to assist clients in structuring their organisations to help in minimising their tax obligations as well  as reducing exposure to risk.

In recent years Lee has gained significant experience in assisting businesses gain efficiencies by utilising cloud accounting and cloud integrated solutions, encompassing all facets of business, from point of sale, HR and payroll, accounting, reporting and more by implementing cloud based software.


About Jasmine Koh

Jasmine is a qualified lawyer in Australia and New Zealand, with experience working across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital raises, private mergers and acquisitions, restructures, corporate governance, and supply arrangements. She also specialises in fintech and payments, including advising on AFSL licensing and AML/CTF compliance.

Areas of particular focus in Jasmine’s current practice include start-up capital raising, advising emerging growth companies, and legal technology.

Jasmine leads the firm’s start-up practice, Frank, runs the ‘Frank Lab’ start-up accelerator program, and is heavily involved in the start-up industry.
