Come and join us (Bec & Clara) for a beautiful afternoon in connection with yourself, with other mamas and with nature while you explore your creativity, at the scenic and tranquil kincumber mountain ⛰️ central coast , nsw.

This is for you if you need a restorative afternoon of deep connection, creativity and joy and if you feel called to make deeper connections with other mothers, connect to yourself through your creativity and connect to nature.

The details

When: 2pm-4.30pm Sunday 24th November, 2024

Where: Kincumber Mountain mudbrick cottage, kincumber , Central Coast.

What to expect

Your afternoon will begin with tea and an intimate mother connection circle in the cosy mud brick cottage where you will check in with yourself and ground into presence and you will be invited to connect and share if you feel called✨

We will then venture on a gentle and mindful barefoot walk through the bush , taking in all the sights , scents and sounds, further grounding in and connecting to nature as we find our way to our creative space nestled safely under the trees. (Weather permitting)

You will then be invited to tap into your creative expression as we create in nature using natural and mixed medium art materials to create an artwork to take home. This may reflect your intention or journey (inspired by your reflections during our connection circle) or you may decide to create freely and intuitively or use nature as your inspiration. This will be a beautiful opportunity to move any creative blocks and connect to your emotions.

We will then return to the cottage for a light afternoon tea, closing circle and debrief as well as a guided relaxation meditation so that you can continue on home with your creation feeling reconnected, rejuvenated and ready to parent 💕
