The Efflorescent Mother- Summer Retreat will be a soul nourishing day of connection and creativity where YOU are the one being held, supported and nurtured 💕

Mama, This is for you if you need a restorative day of deep connection, creativity and joy and if you feel called to make deeper connections with other mothers, connect to yourself through your creativity and connect to nature.

What is provided

• A beautiful retreat day featuring mothers connection circle, nature based therapy and creative art therapy activities inspired by Summer ☀️ 
• A nourishing nature based lunch and afternoon tea (please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements) 
• All creative materials (no experience or artistic abilities required)
• A safe and supportive space to connect and create
  
• Your creations to take home

This retreat day is for you if you need;

• connection with other women/mothers
• a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself 
• time to regulate your nervous system in nature
• Space to explore and express yourself creatively
• Time and space to rest, reset and regulate 
• A break from the mental load (everything is provided for you)
• Someone else to plan and prepare all the nourishing snacks
• To be able to drink your tea hot and finish a conversation ;)
