Brought to life through the unique intertwining of Tonic Fields Nature-Based Therapy and Luna Rising Wellness Creative Art Therapy, this immersive day weaves nature connection, therapeutic creativity, and intentional rest.

You will be gently guided through a rhythm of restorative and expressive practices:

• Women’s Connection Circle & rituals – Share stories and be witnessed in a safe, supportive space that fosters belonging and deepened sisterhood.

• Guided Meditation – Drop into stillness, ground into your body, and create space for clarity and inner calm.

• Intuitive Earth Magic Painting – Tap into your subconscious and express your emotional landscape through spontaneous mark-making and using earthy textures provided by nature.

• Beeswax Candle Making – Create your own candle as a symbol of warmth and intention, anchoring your inner light through the winter season.

• Organic Tea Creation Ritual – Blend your own herbal tea from our organic apothecary bar, setting intentions through the sensory ritual of selecting and preparing your own cup of warmth to continue nourishing yourself at home.

• Oracle Card Pulling & Sharing – Receive intuitive guidance and spark reflection through shared symbolism and meaningful conversation.

Throughout the day, you’ll be nurtured with a seasonal nourishing afternoon tea, and a selection of organic teas and chai.

This mini retreat is for mothers, aunts, sisters, friends and grandmas seeking spaciousness, reconnection, and gentle creative awakening—held by nature and community.
