The Ego and Me

The exploration of the ego with a vibrant and active discussion group exploring the nature of the ego and its effects on us.

Each week for 10 weeks we will explore many aspects of the ego within a group of like minded people, guided along the way, but with freedom to express yourself and your opinions.

First we define what the ego is and then we will explore its effects on our well-being, happiness, relationships, work,etc,. Before we look at options to work with it, live with it and move passed the ego into our true nature.

You can join online or in person.

Each Thursday 7pm (Western Australia) that is currently 7am (Eastern US).
