We offer four sessions at the times listed below. Please arrive on time and be prepared to exit on time so that the next group gets their full session time.

Sunrise Spa-             8am - 10am

Sleep-In Spa-           10:30am- 12:30pm

Eclipse Special Spa  1:30pm - 4:30pm

Evening Spa             6:30pm - 7:30pm

Bathing attire required. 

Please bring your own towel and flip flops.

You are welcome to bring water of your own. Bottled water will be available for purchase on site.

CAUTION: The Elemental Spa Eclipse Experience is not suitable for those who suffer from uncontrolled high blood pressure or epilepsy. Please check with your doctor to ensure that sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork are safe for you.
