The Embodied Man Men’s Cirlce is a sacred, supportive space where men gather together to explore, share, and grow. In this circle, we engage in transformative practices that help us move beyond outdated stereotypes of masculinity and connect to the depth of our inner power.

It’s a place to unmask the layers of stress, expectation, and emotional suppression that often accompany the role of being a man.

What’s Included?

BREATHWORK: Bring to the surface the anger, guilt, and shame that weigh you down. Tap into the primal warrior within.

PHYSICAL CHALLENGES: As men, we are built to push past limits. These challenges will demand courage, strength, and resilience. All on a self paced environment.

GAMES: Society told us to be tough, to be serious. But within, there’s a boy who needs to be reclaimed. The boy who was shamed, shut down, and silenced. It’s time to reconnect.

YARNING CIRCLE: A traditional honor-based space. Speak your truth. Let go of the weight. Be seen and heard. And in turn, hold space for your brothers.

INTENTIONAL DISCUSSION: A deep dive into the struggles of being a man in today’s world. Topics like emotional suppression, relationships, fatherhood, self-worth, and purpose will be explored and discussed.
