The Embrace | Online Women's Circle

Find your yin, and embrace it fully. Coming up to the end of the year, and things can sometimes start to feel heated and overwhelming.

I created this online event, with the intention of giving women a space to drop in to the feelings of softness and slowness...therefore, feeling more capable of holding the 'big' physical and emotional 'stuff'.

A women's circle is exactly how it sounds - a space where women (all those who identify), gather and sit in circle. There is power in this - as it's a space and time where we can drop societal expectations that are put on us, and show up as we are. 

Share stories, heartbreaks, desires, and be held by the other souls in the circle.

Since this is online event, we won't be physically in 'circle', but we will create it energetically.

WHAT:

This ritual space will offer a mix of different modalities:

• Opening grounding meditation and share (sharing optional)

• A open chat about the theme of the night

• Journaling

• Guided somatic yin/restorative yoga class

• Sharing

• Closing

Each circle is different, but the main characteristics that always stay: This will always be a space that you can show up as you are. All parts of you are welcome here. This is a space to share, to be heard, and held by other sisters on similar journeys. A time for deep reflection and presence.

$18 waged, $12 unwaged, $23 to support unwaged women.

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep ritualistic spaces.

When woman gather together, magic happens.

You don’t need to have previous experience and you don’t need to be a ‘specific’ type of person. You coming exactly as you are is enough.
