Drop into deep presence with what is alive in you. Listen to the current of what's true in this moment. Express that truth. Be with that truth in others. The joy, the pain, the awkwardness, the anxiousness, the hunger for more from life.

As we contact the lesser contacted parts of ourselves and feel them in others, we have greater access to the ecstatic current. From this current we can live life from a place of flow and precision. Delicious, deep, and en pointe.

In this 3 month container we will explore what emerges in the field, as we make deep contact with ourselves and others. This is similar to Gestalt Process Group work, with elements of circling, authentic relating and somatic practices woven in. It is, however, mostly unstructured (but deeply held), and requires a depth of personal development work to be able to hold discomfort, name triggers, and a willingness to be challenged, If you have not been personally invited, please contact me to discuss suitability.

This container requires a minimum 3 month commitment. The price, $220, covers all 6 fortnightly sessions (and works out at $36/session). You do not need to attend each session, however, you do need to commit to the container with the intention to come each fortnight, unless circumstances don't allow it. The upfront payment encourages this showing up as well. It's often when we feel the most resistance that we have our biggest breakthroughs.

The dates are: June 11 and 25th, July 9th and 23rd, August, 6th and 20th. We will arrive at start at 6om and finish between 8 and 8.15pm
