Presented by our Homeschool Program, The Enchanted Bookshop is a heartwarming musical that celebrates the power of stories, imagination, and teamwork.

By day, A Likely Story is a quiet little bookshop. But at night, thanks to a bit of fairy magic, the characters from the books come to life! Dorothy Gale, Sherlock Holmes, Pollyanna, Robin Hood, and more step out from the shelves—unseen by human eyes—to try and help the scatterbrained shop owner, Margie, save her struggling store. When two bungling smugglers arrive searching for a stolen necklace hidden somewhere in the pages, the literary characters must work together to protect the shop… without being discovered!

This delightful production features a toe-tapping score by Stephen Murray and appearances by beloved literary icons like Heidi, Tom Sawyer, Long John Silver, the Queen of Hearts, and Doctor Doolittle.

It has been such a joy to watch our Homeschool Program students work so hard and grow so much throughout this process. From their very first rehearsal to opening night, they have poured their creativity, energy, and heart into every scene and song. We couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved, and we can’t wait to share their magical storytelling with you!
