I really valued the group, the sense of community and having that space each week. I felt a shift from heaviness, and a sense of lightness returned. ... It's an amazing, gentle and safe space.
The Energy Reset: A Spring Journey Back to Yourself
THE ENERGY RESET: A Spring Journey Back to Yourself
6-Week Course for Women
As life becomes busy, many women find themselves constantly giving, doing, and looking after everyone else. Over time, it's easy to lose touch with your own needs, feel depleted, overwhelmed, or simply not quite like yourself.
The Energy Reset is a supportive six-week journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move into spring with more calm, clarity and energy.
Each week we'll explore a different theme through guided conversations, calming practices, reflection and simple tools you can bring into everyday life.
Together we'll explore stress and nervous system regulation, what drains and restores your energy, emotional wellbeing, body awareness, boundaries, and how to better support yourself in daily life.
With a small group of women, there is also space for meaningful conversation, connection and the support that comes from sharing the journey together.
This isn't about adding more to your to-do list. It's about creating space to pause, listen to yourself and reconnect with what you truly need.
Whether you're feeling tired, overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply feeling ready for a fresh start this spring, you're warmly welcome.

What Women Say:
I loved the connection and sense of community, and having a safe space to share. It helped me realise I'm not the only one carrying so much, and that everything will be okay.
