No fluff breathwork + mindfulness. Step out of your day and into calm.

This guided breathwork + journalling session helps you release tension, clear your mind, and reconnect with your true self—no experience needed.

No phone. No pressure. Just you + your breath.

A low-key space to slow down, reset your mind, and relieve stress. Breathwork without the fluff.

Through simple breathing techniques; this session helps you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present. 

Designed for real people with everyday lives. 

A 45-minute guided practice with both breathwork and journal prompts/discussion topics to downshift your nervous system and leave you clear, grounded, and restored.

Led by Chloe from Pilates with Chloe (@Pilates.With.Chloe) this session is welcoming to people in all ages and stages of life. Come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and know that you only need to be yourself, that is enough.

Tickets are $19+bf and are non-refundable.
