A 45-minute guided practice with both breathwork and journal prompts/discussion topics to downshift your nervous system and leave you clear, grounded, and restored.
Led by Chloe from Pilates with Chloe (@Pilates.With.Chloe) this session is welcoming to people in all ages and stages of life. Come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and know that you only need to be yourself, that is enough.
