Santosha is a Yoga and Pilates instructor, Sound healing facilitator, and Breathwork guide, and co-host of the ASAP Podcast. With a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Medicinal Biochemistry, Santosha brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and holistic wisdom to her work. She is passionate about helping women reconnect within themselves to uncover their most peaceful, present and expansive self. 

Ashlee Day 

Ashlee is a purpose-driven mentor, podcast host of Lucky From Within, and expert in helping women reconnect with their body, intuition, and wealth consciousness to manifest a life beyond their wildest dreams. With a degree in nutritional medicine and years of experience in quantum manifestation, she specialises in guiding women to step into their aligned identity, release limiting beliefs, and elevate their energy to create extraordinary transformations.
