Welcome to the Final Breathwork Ceremony of 2025
This closing ceremony has been created as a sacred space to finish your year with clarity, regulation, and emotional release. It is a guided breathwork journey that helps you let go of the heaviness of the year and reconnect with a sense of spaciousness before 2026 arrives.
Throughout 2025 I have facilitated more than seventy breathwork and healing events and have supported over four hundred people in group, private, and corporate sessions. The depth of this final session draws from everything I have refined over the year. Expect a grounded, trauma-informed space that feels safe, intentional, and nurturing.
You will be guided through a gentle yet powerful sequence that supports your nervous system, softens emotional tension, and creates space for renewal. The session includes somatic anchoring, slow integration work, and a closing moment of reflection to help you leave feeling clearer and more connected to yourself.

What to Bring
Blankets, mats, pillows and bolsters are supplied.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that can bring deep emotional and physical shifts. For your safety, this session is not recommended for anyone with the following conditions:
• Cardiovascular issues including uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart arrhythmia
• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Severe asthma
• Recent major surgery
• A current diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis
• Any condition that may be aggravated by intense breathing or emotional release

What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing that allows your body to relax with ease.
What should I bring?
Blankets, mats, pillows and bolsters are supplied. Please bring a water bottle.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. You will be fully guided throughout the journey, and the session is accessible for all experience levels.
Can I arrive late?
For the safety and flow of the session, late arrivals cannot be admitted once the journey has begun. Please arrive at least ten minutes early.
Will there be emotional release?
Possibly. Breathwork can activate deep stored tension and emotion. All responses are welcome, and you will be supported through the process.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Can I attend if I am pregnant?
This session is not suitable during pregnancy due to the intensity of the breathwork pattern.
