This guided online workshop will help you begin (or continue) putting your end-of-life and death care wishes into clear, practical form.

Over two hours, we’ll move through the essential documents for end-of-life planning, alongside practical guidance and an exploration of body care and funeral options in Victoria, Australia.

This is work many of us put off but having these plans in place can bring clarity, reduce pressure on loved ones, and help ensure your wishes are known and respected.

What we’ll cover

Together, we’ll gently walk through:

• The Advance Care Directive (values + legally binding instructions)

• Choosing a Medical Decision Maker

• A brief overview of Enduring Power of Attorney

• Your personal funeral & body care wishes

What you’ll receive

• A simple resource sheet with direct links to the key Victorian forms

• A guided document to record your funeral & body care wishes

• Space to ask questions (or simply listen)

• A small group in a supportive, non-judgmental environment

• A structured but relaxed format

• Time for questions and discussion

• No pressure to share anything personal

• Referrals for further support and information

By the end of the session

You’ll have a clear understanding of the key documents, and a starting point (or meaningful progress) on your own plans.

• Tier 1 $75: full price

• Tier 2: $55 concession

• Tier 3: $35 supported

Supported places are available for those experiencing financial barriers, including people from marginalised communities, those with caring responsibilities.

• No preparation needed- just bring something to take notes with.

• As we are discussing death and dying please find a quiet space to be able to fully engage in the workshop, or if you are in a shared space wear headphones.
