Melbourne Museum is two blocks from Parliament Station. Bus: Bus routes 250, 251 and 402 to Rathdowne Street. Plan your trip using PTV's Journey Planner. Where can I park? Located under Melbourne Museum, the Museum car park is open 7 days a week from 5.30 am to midnight daily. Enter via Rathdowne Street or Nicholson Street. Entry instructions

Enter the Royal Exhibition via the large doors at the Nicholson Street side of the building, near the roundabout with the water fountain. There are no stairs and the ground is flat. There will be staff and security guards there, along with signage to show the entrance and how to queue for door tickets or for pre-purchased tickets.

After entry instructions

It is up to the visitor how they wish to explore the market. There are wide aisles for each section, all the way to the other side of the building. There are plenty of seating options along the way, as well as water refill stations. It may help to get a map of the venue from the ticketing desk, or take a photo of the large map near the door.

Hazards

The event is all on one level and there are no steps. There may be some small trip hazards in the venue with service access points recessed into the floor, as well as some cable floor covers. There are anti-slip/ absorption mats around the water refill stations.

Toilet location

Upon entry, turn left from the ticketing desk and the closest toilets are in the front left corner of the building. Additional toilets are located at the other end of the building on the far left side.

Accessible parking

Designated disabled parking is available on level P2 adjacent to the lifts within the Melbourne Museum car park, next door to the market venue. You can book your car park online. Please note: Melbourne Museum parking is operated entirely independently of The Finders Keepers markets.
