The Finer Things: Signatory Whisky Tasting Experience

There is no finer thing than single malt whisky curation. Discover the world of the discerning and respected Signatory Vintage independent bottler. Australian brand ambassador, Craig Merson of The Spirits Company's, is back to present the world if independent bottler Signatory and their crafted whiskies. Founded in 1988, Signatory aims to step outside of the normal to explore the finer flavours and profiles often not seen in regular single malt releases. Opportunity for bottle purchases will be available on the evening.

When: Wednesday 27th Aug, 6:30pm.

Where: The Captain's Balcony 116 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest NSW 2065.

Tickets: $99 single*, $89 group (when purchased together).

• Caol Ila 2014, 10 years old, 57.1% ABV

Dietary: A set service mixing a fusion of meats, seafoods and vegetables served in between beverage sampling. Any dietary requirements must be notified to the bar prior to the event**.
