This is a rare opportunity to experience coffee from a brand-new origin — a project two years in the making with ONA Fiji.

Hosted by Hany Ezzat from ONA and Maheer Prasad, CEO of ONA Fiji, this session will take you behind the scenes of how coffee is being cultivated, processed, and shared from one of the Pacific’s most exciting new regions.

What to Expect:

• World-First Tasting: Experience Fiji’s debut Liberica — Carbonic Macerated Natural, the very first of its kind from the islands.

• The Story: Learn how ONA Fiji began, the challenges of growing coffee in a new origin, and the vision shaping its future.

• Exclusive Insights: Hear stories from the ground and see unseen footage from the farms and processing sites.

Five-time Australian Brewers Cup finalist and ONA Coffee Account Manager, Hany has spent the last decade sharing specialty coffee with communities across Australia and abroad. Known for his innovation and connection to producers, Hany represents ONA’s pursuit of coffee excellence and storytelling through flavour.

Maheer Prasad – CEO, ONA Fiji
Born and raised in Fiji, Maheer leads the ONA Fiji initiative — building the country’s first specialty coffee production infrastructure. His passion lies in empowering local farmers and creating a sustainable, world-class coffee origin from the islands of Fiji.
