The First Three Dates - A Conscious Dating Workshop

The modern dating space is difficult to navigate. Anyone who has dated in recent years often speaks about the exhaustion and burnout from it all. Bad dating profiles, ghosting, people who don’t want the same thing, the list goes on.

The First Three Dates brings you a completely different dating experience. An opportunity to understand your needs, bring intention to your dating interactions and change the way you date for good. 

In a workshop experience, we will break down your dating profiles, uncover your values, practice intimacy before the bedroom and stand in your truth. 

Most excitingly, you will also have the opportunity for practice dates. Where you weave these conversational topics into discussion with another. This is will be an opportunity for you to develop communicating your truth and holding space for another- just how you would on an actual date. A coffee of your choice is also included in your ticket!

During the workshop you will discover how to:

• Gain clarity on what you want in a partner.
• Have important conversations early and easily.
• Practice your first three dates with powerful conversational pieces.
• Use dating apps intentionally.
• Consciously relate to each other.
• Embody intimacy before the bedroom.
• Navigate dating no matter what decade you are in.
