Turn your practice on its head - in the best way. This playful, confidence-building workshop will guide you into the art of creating shapes upside down, and safely transitioning into and out of them. Expect equal parts skill, science, and stoke.

Is this for me?

Absolutely - all levels welcome. If you can plank, you can play. Options given for total beginners through to seasoned upside-down humans.

You’ll leave with:

A clear progression roadmap tailored to your level
Drills you can repeat at home to build strength, mobility, and trust
Fresh confidence, fired-up shoulders, and that sweet “I did it!” glow

What to bring:

Mat, water, a curious mind, and a willingness to wobble. (Optional: socks for wall work, notebook for aha moments.)
