Refund policy

Cancellation of a registration must be sent via email to the Fresh Clinics Marketing Team at community@freshclinics.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Registration cancellations received up to 30 June 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee per ticket. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 30 June 2024 – this includes cancellation of any paid workshops/events such as the off-site Dinner. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) without receiving any extra cost penalty. Please note that no credit card surcharges will be refunded at any time. The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Finding a nurse to take over your ticket is solely up to the ticket holder. Please make these changes via Humanitix no later than 30th September 2024. All accommodation cancellations must be sent via email to the Fresh Clinics Marketing Team at community@freshclinics.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Accommodation cancellations received up to 28 July 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee, cancellations received up to 12 September 2024 will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after 12 September 2024 will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that this cancellation policy comes directly from Elements of Byron.
