The Fundamentals of Arts Fundraising workshop is ideal for arts organisations looking for the know-how, confidence and inspiration to kickstart or grow income from philanthropy, donors, and business partners.

With Creative Partnerships Australia learn how to attract and maintain support from donors and business, diversifying your sources of revenue.

State Manager for NSW and ACT, Este Darin-Cooper, will offer The Fundamentals of Arts Fundraising across two half-day online sessions. The course will explore how regional cultural organisations and community arts groups can develop support for their activities through engagement with the private sector.

About the workshop:

The workshop provides a complete overview of private sector revenue opportunities appropriate for organisations. Join colleagues working regionally in the cultural sector, gaining insights into national trends; reviewing essential fundraising principals including the differences between sponsorship and philanthropy; how to be fundraising ready; and strategic insights into regular giving, donor circles, bequests, and trusts and foundations. The course will also explain how to find, retain and build relationships creating long term support using best practice stewardship.

Registrations for our Fundamentals of Arts Fundraising workshop are now open to organisations and individuals in regional NSW and ACT 

This workshop is ideal for arts professionals, leadership teams and board members in regional NSW and ACT who want to learn the basics of arts fundraising, philanthropy and sponsorship, or refresh their knowledge.

What you’ll get:

The workshop will be delivered via Zoom over two 150-minute sessions. You will need to be available to attend both sessions.
