Event description

Jarrad will discuss his philosophy around competitions and the way u should prepare for it, in the weeks leading to it, night before and on the day. 1h-1.5h

 

What to bring: note book and pen, if you wish to take notes.

Jarrad Howse is a former World Tour Surfer turned coach to some of the worlds best surfers including Julian Wilson, Jordy Smith and Mick Fanning.
