Event description
Welcome to The Gathering Winter Solstice Retreat. A cozy afternoon unfurling into an evening of immersive easeful softening & restoring. A weaving of sensory nourishment & deep rest.
A container led by the light of the Cello, the silence within the tea ceremony & a calm yoga journey tailored to all body types concluding with a sonic journey of the cello's resonance in a unique C E L L O F I N I T Y light immersion experience.
You will be guided through hours of deep introspection while honouring the arrival of Winter. A time for softening, nourishing spirit and dream realms while replenishing our inner energy. Slowing in, spherical, elemental & seasonal connectedness. This is a gentle invitation to go inward and listen to the pulse of the seasons.
We have curated this gathering as a place to be entirely yourself, embracing quiet togetherness and internal nourishment. To open ourselves to the wisdom of silence, sound, light and movement. Allowing the body and minds innate wisdom to guide you into a softened and receptive state of replenishment.
