The Glue is a practical, in-person workshop for farmers and those who support farmer groups. 

Explore what helps groups thrive: from attracting and engaging members to making better decisions, sharing the workload, handling different views, and making meetings worth turning up for.

Join facilitators experienced in bringing people together at every scale - from major events like Agfest, through to small group meetings, technical tours, and simple network gatherings. Hear what has worked and what happens when things don't go according to plan!
