The Golden Revelry: A Faerie Celebration

In the realm of Emerraine, the Autumn Fae Court, known as the Court of the Crooked Moon, offers humans and faeries alike an evening of their hospitality at "The Golden Revelry". Celebrate the change of the seasons at this formal fête du fae, where mischievous interactions, dazzling ensembles, exquisite confections, and Sylvan enchantments abound.

For one evening only, pathways to Emerraine will open at the charming venue of Villa Tuscany. Begin your evening early as a VIP member of the Sylvan Circle, or join in with the rest of the faerie courtiers once the revelry is in full swing! Lively dances, stunning garments, a cryptic quest? And these are only the enchantments the fae want you to know about…

Grand Court Entrances

All hail the Autumn Monarch and their Court of the Crooked Moon, the hosts of this Golden Revelry. The fae court procession will tour through Emmeraine Garden before arriving in Emeraine Hall to officially welcome their guests. Celebrate the majesty and beauty of your fellow fae, too, as members of the Sylvan Circle and select Faerie Courtiers are grandly introduced before Emerraine Hall.

Dances of the Fae

At the start of the evening, brush up on some of the most popular steps every faerie should know. Take flight on the dancefloor for the rest of the night, surrounded by the liveliest company around.

Best Dressed Contest

You must abide by the rules of the fae to earn their hospitality. For this celebration, humans must dress in formal attire, and faeries in formal cosplay. Semi-formal may appease their requirements, but festive bounties await those who don their finest ensembles. Appeal to the Autumn and Winter Monarchs, for they will decide who wins “Best Dressed”.

Quest of the Horned Hunt

As is the nature of fae, the Autumn Monarch savors mischief and mirth. They have hidden the Relic, a transient fabrication of pure faerie essence, whose existence predates the dawn and whose power is vital to the transference of seasons. Whether nature remains in balance is not their concern, not when the reward for such trickery is the Herald of the Seasons’ unmitigated panic. All the same, the Autumn Monarch will gleefully commend any human or fae that can cleverly unearth the Relic before Winter’s coronation. Who knows where it lies, or what it even looks like today? And why shouldn’t their majesty, leader of the Horned Hunt, task their followers with such a challenge?

Seasonal Court Portraits

Though this faerie celebration is hosted by the Autumn Court, all seasons and courts must be honored in kind. Throughout the evening, the Herald will call upon each visiting court. If your faerie self resonates to such a call, partake in the opportunity to represent your court in a professional group portrait.

Winter Monarch Coronation

The grand finale of the evening, the literal crowning achievement concluding a glorious night of vivacious extravagance. Of course, it only will be if the Relic is recovered in time! For if the seasons’ reigns are not equally maintained, all of creation could crumble to utter destruction. Even the wrath of a slighted faerie could not be more world threatening… Unless that particular faerie is the night’s honored guest and incumbent Winter Monarch. Will the Golden Revelry end in silvery snowfall or a violent white tempest?
