I felt linked by a golden thread.
Before I came, I felt lost, lonely and disconnected. I left feeling lighter, safe and cared for, proud to be among strong women sharing their stories with open hearts. I will definitely be back.

Who are you becoming now that you’re allowing yourself to grow?
Not who you should be.
Not a shinier, more productive, more “together” version of yourself.
But the woman who is already beginning to emerge when you stop trying to fit into old versions of who you’ve been.
Maybe you can already feel her.
A little clearer about what she wants.
A little less willing to abandon herself.
A little more comfortable taking up space.
A little more trusting of her own voice.
BECOMING isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about noticing what is already emerging.
This October, The Golden Thread gathers again for an intimate three-hour women’s circle devoted to slowing down, listening inward and creating space for that woman to unfold.
Through meditation, ceremonial cacao, gratitude, journalling, reflection and sharing, we’ll explore what is changing within us and what we’re ready to make room for next.
There is nothing you need to achieve here.
Just come as you are.
♡ You feel like you’re in a season of change or personal growth
♡ You’ve outgrown parts of your life but aren’t quite sure what comes next
♡ You want to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life
♡ You’re learning to trust your own voice, wants and needs
♡ You crave deeper, more meaningful connection with other women
♡ You simply need a few hours where nothing is required of you
You don’t need to arrive with answers.
You don’t need to know anyone.
No experience is necessary.
Come exactly as you are.
The Golden Thread is a space for real women, in all seasons of life, to reconnect with themselves and with one another.
We’ll gather in circle for:
♡ A grounding meditation and intention setting
♡ Ceremonial cacao
♡ A gratitude practice
♡ Guided reflection and journalling
♡ An optional sharing circle
♡ A deeply restful closing meditation
♡ An oracle card to complete your evening
Every practice I share within The Golden Thread is something I have used, and continue to use, within my own life and personal growth.
There is no fixing here.
No advice giving.
No pressure to share.
We sit in circle because nobody is above anyone else and nobody is below. Every woman brings her own story, wisdom and lived experience.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer another woman is simply to witness her.
Please bring:
♡ A journal and pen
♡ Your favourite mug for cacao
♡ Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported
♡ An open heart and a little curiosity
Cushions, blankets and everything you need to settle into the space are available at the studio.
Come alone or come with someone you love. You don’t need to know anyone in the room.
You just need to arrive.
The woman you are becoming is already within you.
This evening is simply an invitation to give her some space.
From my heart to yours, I look forward to welcoming you into the circle.

The Golden Thread Women’s Circle
Reconnect. Remember. Rise
Absolutely. Most women who come to The Golden Thread arrive without knowing exactly what to expect. There is nothing you need to prepare and no experience with meditation, journalling or women’s circles is needed. Just come as you are.
No. You will always be invited to share, never pressured. Some women speak, some listen, some do a little of both. Your level of participation is completely your choice.
Cacao is a warm, grounding drink that we use intentionally within our circle as part of our ritual, intention setting and gratitude practice. This is not a psychedelic experience. You remain completely yourself and fully aware throughout the evening.
Not at all. Every part of the circle is an invitation. If cacao isn’t suitable for you, or you simply don’t feel like having it, you can still participate fully in the ceremony. A non-cacao alternative can be provided.
Cacao naturally contains theobromine and some caffeine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart or cardiovascular condition, are particularly sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, take regular medication, or have another health concern, please speak with your healthcare professional if you are unsure whether cacao is appropriate for you.
Please let me know if you would prefer a non-cacao alternative.
Bring a journal and pen, your favourite mug for cacao, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Cushions, blankets and other comforts are available at the studio.
Please do. Many women arrive alone. You do not need to know anyone in the room, and part of the beauty of circle is how quickly a group of strangers can begin to feel connected.
Not at all. We’ve had women in circle from their early 20s through to their 70s.
There is no “right age” for The Golden Thread. You don’t need to be at a particular life stage to belong here. What matters is that you feel drawn to the experience.
One of the beautiful things about circle is having different generations in the room, each bringing their own stories, perspectives and wisdom.
If you feel called to be there, you are welcome.
Before I came, I felt lost, lonely and disconnected. I left feeling lighter, safe and cared for, proud to be among strong women sharing their stories with open hearts. I will definitely be back.
I have to make space for myself to do, be and create as a woman, a mum, and as me. The circle stayed with me, and your work is incredibly healing. I will be back.
