Event description

The Golden Thread is a sacred women’s circle to reconnect, remember, and rise.

Breathwork • Meditation • Ritual • Ceremony • Sharing • Sisterhood

Held in a beautiful space at StudioTribe, The Gap.

The Golden Thread is for those who feel the call to gather, soften, and come home to themselves.

This space is heart-held and intuitively guided — a ceremonial experience that invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, your sisters, and something greater.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, healing, or simply a soft landing — your presence is sacred. You don’t need to “be spiritual,” “have it all together,” or know what to expect. You just need to come as you are.

What to Expect:

   •   Opening grounding ritual

   •   Ceremonial cacao (optional)

   •   Guided meditation + breathwork

   •   Sharing circle (confidential and heart-held)

   •   Journaling, inner inquiry, and oracle cards

   •   Soulful music, reflection, and closing integration

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and supported — by the women around you and by your own inner guidance.

🧺 What to Bring:

   •   Yoga mat

   •   Journal & pen

   •   Comfortable clothing you can move/lie down in

Optional but recommended: Cushion, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle, your favourite mug or cup
