Experience the powerful combination of a gong cleanse paired with shamanic drumming!

Playing the Gong: Kirsty Maurice is a kundalini yoga teacher and gong sound healer.

Playing the Drum: Kelly Moore (@planthealingjourney) is an energy healer and sound bath facilitator.

Theosophical Hall 304 Church Street, Palmerston North

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. Optional, journal & pen, crystals, eye mask, grounding snack (incase you need grounding afterwards, can be left in the car.)
