Instructor: Chef Leslie – Chef Leslie brings over 40 years of baking and pastry experience to her role. Her background includes owning a successful cookie business, working as a Pastry Chef for French Connection Bakery and Marriott, and, for the past 6 years, serving as an Instructor and Pastry Chef at southwest Technical College.
