Event description
The Gratitude Café is here to:
- Turn up the 3 dials of gratitude (Duration, Diversity, Depth).
- Provide a 45 mins break from your busy week to refuel and recharge your mind.
- Accelerate a shift to a grateful mindset, or maintain your existing grateful disposition.
- Cultivate a growth mindset to excel in your personal and professional endeavours and relationships.
- Connect with people in who value the 4 pillars of gratitude - kindness, reciprocity, open-heartedness and empathy.
We do this using a combination of storytelling, guided gratitude practices and 1-1 conversations.
Simple format, maximum impact
1. Listen to a story shared by one of our hosts or a special guest to gain a new perspective on your own life in context. (10 mins)
2. Participate in a guided gratitude practice based on the daily story backed by the relevant science. (10 mins)
3. Share what you are grateful for, and what you have learned in 1-1 conversation. (2x 5mins)
4. Optional Q&A, sharing or additional 1-1 member conversations

In preparation
1. This is a social event so be prepared to meet new people, discuss what matters to you and learn from others.
2. Make yourself a cup of coffee, tea, or your choice of beverage. Feel free to bring along your lunch.
3. We use the JuJu+ app to help us express gratitude during the session. If you don't have the app yet, you will receive instructions on how to download it once you book your ticket.
