The GROW Conference 2025 - Muncie

The GROW CONFERENCE MUNCIE from 8am-3:30pm

Our theme is CONNECT WITH INTENTION, and the day will be filled with incredible vendors, engaging networking activities, delicious food, and insightful speakers. We are so excited to have you join us and connect with like minded folks.

DESTINATION: MUNCIE SCAVENGER HUNT from 4-6:30pm

1. Use your GROW Downtown Passport link/QR to begin the scavenger hunt between 3:30-4pm.

2. Visit participating stops between 3:30–6:00 PM and check in on the mobile passport. Some shops may have special offers available for when you arrive! So be sure to mention to the staff that you're there with the Destination Muncie GROW Scavenger Hunt.

3. Successful check-in at a stop = 1 automatic prize entry.

4. Meet at The Clubhouse Muncie at 6:00 PM for an after party including free apps and gaming bays! Buy a drink and connect with fellow scavenger hunt participants.

5. Mobile Passport portal closes at 6:15, so be sure to get all your check-ins before then to ensure you're entered for the prize! The winner will be announced at the fashion show (at Horizon Convention Center) where attendees must be present to win.

FASHION SHOW at Horizon Convention Center from 7-9pm

Join us for a celebration of local businesses as our models sport looks from local clothing shops and boutiques! Hors d'oeuvres will be served and a cash bar available.

• 7-7:30 browse our vendors for exclusive sales and discounts and to chat with shop owners

• 7:30-8:30 grab a seat at the Fashion Show to catch these looks on the runway

• 8:30-9 last chance to shop any looks you loved from the runway and prize giveaways from:

  • Kirk's Bike Shop

  • Destination Muncie

  • and more!

• VIP Experience from 7-7:30pm
