• What will be there?

  The point of the night isn't just what's on the list below, it's about the people you will meet, the dance floor you didn't mean to stay on, or the funny memory you didn't see coming. That said, what's a party without cool shit?

• What happens if I'm not in costume?

  no costume = no entry

  no exemptions. no ticket refunded.

• What if I lose my ticket or can't find my confirmation email?

  Check spam first. If it's actually gone, DM @rdv_exclusive with your name and we will work with you to figure it out.

• Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

  Unfortunately we don't offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Their name must be on the guest list, so DM @rdv_exclusive to adjust this. Must happen at least 24 hours before event, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to facilitate ticket transfer.

• What if my name isn't on the guest list at the door?

  Then you're not getting in. We are prioritising the safety of our guests, so unfortunately, if you are not on the guest list you will not be granted entry. If you are concerned about something going wrong with ticketing which would / has caused you to believe that your name hasn't made it onto the guest list, do not worry. If you buy your ticket through this link, and can see your ticket in your Apple Wallet (or equivalent), your name will automatically be on the guest list. If you are still worried / you cannot see your ticket, feel free to DM us at @rdv_exclusive where we will double check that you are on the guest list.

• Do I need ID?

  Yes. Bring something with your REAL name and REAL age on it. Under 18s are permitted, however they required a permission slip. See below.

• What is the permission slip for and how do I fill it out?

  Party Your Way now requires all underage attendees, drinking or not, to have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian. It's an online form, available 2 weeks out from the event, and needs to be submitted before the night. This gets matched to your name on the guest list, no slip, no entry. If you're 18+, you don't need the slip, but bring proof of ID instead.

• What time should I arrive?

  General Admission doors open at 9pm.

  VIP ticketholders have the privilege to arrive early to privately access photobooth, explore the space, and meet & mix. This means don't think doors open 9pm means the party only starts then, so come 1-2 hours after that. Be there at 9pm so you don't miss out.

• Parking?

  VERY limited parking available on site. Some parking available nearby although easiest option is to Uber / Rideshare / be dropped off & picked up. Party Your Way is also within walking distance of the Valley train station - so public transport is an option.

• Can I buy a ticket for a friend under my name?

  No. One name, one ticket, one spot on the guest list. If you are not on the guest list you are not getting in. If you need to buy your friend a ticket, you may have to put the purchase through in 2 separate transactions so you can fill their details too.
