In this four-week online series, you will immerse yourself in the tranquil and transformative practices of forest bathing and forest magic. Designed specifically for women, this course invites you to reconnect with the earth, honor the ancient wisdom of trees, and explore the deep, mystical energy of the forest.

Each week, we will explore the healing benefits of spending time in nature, how to use forest energy to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit, and how to tap into the subtle magic that lies in the natural world around us. From the grounding power of trees to the intuitive wisdom the forest offers, this series will guide you in cultivating a deeper connection with the earth and the sacred energies of the forest.

Through a combination of guided meditations, reflective journaling, experiential exercises, and sharing in a supportive circle, you will discover new ways to bring balance, clarity, and healing into your life. You will learn to harness the magic of the forest, using nature's rhythms to enhance your intuition, release emotional blockages, and step into your personal power as a woman.

Whether you are seeking solace, spiritual nourishment, or simply a way to slow down in today’s fast-paced world, this course offers you a sacred space to breathe, ground, and embrace the transformative power of nature. Step into the forest, where magic, healing, and connection await.

How It Works – Online, Rooted in Nature

Although this is a virtual course, the heart of the experience happens offline — in your own nearby nature: a forest, park, garden, or even a tree outside your home.

Here’s how we’ll weave it all together:

🌲 Weekly Live Sessions (via Zoom)
Each Tuesday evening, we’ll gather in a supportive online circle for guided teachings, reflections, and experiential exercises. These 90-minute sessions will include grounding meditations, storytelling, nature-based practices, and time for optional sharing.
(Replays will be available if you can’t join live.)

🌿 Forest Invitations Between Sessions
After each session, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted “forest bathing invitation” — a gentle practice or prompt to take into your local green space during the week. These are designed to be done solo, in your own time, wherever nature is available to you.

🍃 Downloadable Resources
You'll receive weekly PDFs and audio meditations to deepen your journey — including journal prompts, rituals, and nature magic practices you can return to again and again.

🌙 Private Community Space
You’ll be invited into a private Facebook group  where you can share your reflections, photos, and experiences — or simply witness others' journeys. It’s a soft space for connection, encouragement, and quiet magic.

Week 1: August 5th 6- 7:30 pm ET Introduction to Forest Bathing: Grounding & Connecting with Nature

In our first week, we will explore the practice of Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing, a Japanese tradition of immersing oneself in the natural environment to reduce stress and enhance well-being. You will learn grounding techniques to help you reconnect with the earth beneath your feet, allowing nature’s energy to flow through you. Through guided meditation, we’ll practice breathing exercises to deepen your connection to the present moment and the living, breathing world around you.

You will also be introduced to the concept of the forest as a place of healing and sanctuary, and we’ll share ways to tap into the power of nature for self-care. Expect to feel centered, grounded, and rejuvenated after this week’s experience, with tools you can use to bring nature’s peace into your everyday life.

Week 2: August 12th  6- 7:30 pm ET  - The Magic of Trees: Wisdom & Transformation

This week, we will dive into the mystical power of trees—the guardians of the forest. We’ll explore their ancient symbolism and how they offer wisdom, healing, and transformation. Through guided visualization and journaling exercises, you will learn to connect with different tree energies, and understand how trees can support your emotional and spiritual growth.

Expect to be guided through a personal forest journey where you connect with a tree spirit to receive insights, healing, or messages that will assist you on your path. We’ll also touch on the folklore surrounding trees, and how these ancient beings are deeply connected to intuition, strength, and rebirth. This week’s class will leave you feeling empowered and more deeply connected to the wisdom of the natural world.

Week 3: August 19th 6- 7:30 pm ET  - Forest Magic: Embracing the Elemental Forces of Nature

In Week 3, we’ll expand our practice to explore the elemental magic that flows through the forest. Water, fire, earth, and air are not just physical forces but also spiritual energies that we can connect with for deeper healing and manifestation. This week, we’ll engage in rituals and practices that invoke these elements, learning how to harness their energy to create balance and harmony in our lives.

You will be guided through an elemental meditation, helping you open to the wisdom each element has to offer. Expect to explore how to use these forces to support emotional release, empowerment, and manifestation of your deepest desires. This week’s practice will help you integrate the natural elements into your daily rituals and infuse your life with magical energy.

Week 4: August 26th 6- 7:30 pm ET  - Nature’s Healing: Personal Rituals for Deep Emotional & Spiritual Healing

In our final week, we will focus on how to create personal rituals and sacred practices that allow you to integrate the healing magic of the forest into your daily life. You will explore nature-based tools for emotional release, resilience, and personal transformation. We’ll dive deeper into your own connection with the forest as a source of strength and wisdom, creating rituals that align with your soul’s needs.

Through a powerful closing meditation and sharing circle, we will reflect on the lessons learned throughout the course and honor the wisdom that nature has gifted us. You will leave this week with a deeper understanding of how to continue your forest practice beyond the series, with tools for self-care, emotional healing, and spiritual growth that you can carry into your everyday life.
