Harnessing the energies of the 12.12.24 portal, Lu and Gavin will guide everyone through a full evening journey of connection to heart, self, other, and body - the key facets of our lived experience - complete with a group energy healing. We will then soften and share with each other.

The Heart Meditation will allow for the infusion of more love - the portal of healing - into your life.

The Connection Practices will nurture in your life more understanding, more skills, and more intimacy.

We will then move into a Qigong practice, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Lu and Gavin will then facilitate energy healing through the space to foster release, deep relaxation and a sense of calm throughout the body; to cleanse, rejuvenate, and invite in new consciousness for you to step into your next evolution of self. This will be complimented by tranquil sounds of all the healing elements - water, wood, fire, earth and metal.

We conclude with a check in on your experience of the night.

Please feel free stay for an optional jamming session - bring your instruments if you have any, otherwise stick around and mingle as we settle into the welcoming of our new consciousness.

About Lu:

Lu is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and a gifted Energy Healer who taps into divine vibrations to help bring relaxation and calm to the body, mind and spirit. Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney.

Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer & Enneagram Facilitator. Lu's mission is to help heal the world from human suffering and empower people in going deep within to rediscover their internal powers and lead them into a journey of success and personal evolution.

About Gavin:

Everything is energy and transmutable. Gavin enjoys consciously mapping energy patterns and finding new consciousness to share with the world. He believes we are all interconnected and separate beings, and that there is great power in learning how to connect and disconnect with others and with internal fear states.

Gavin teaches Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki, organises community events, dances and workshops.
