The Hospo Stress Reset: Sauna • Ice Bath • Breathwork • Community

We’re all told that stress is bad. Chronic stress can lead to burnout and serious health issues. But what if stress itself isn’t the enemy? What if learning how to work with stress could actually make it a powerful tool for resilience, energy, and performance?

With hospitality gearing up for peak season, this is your chance to reset, recharge, and equip yourself with the tools to stay calm and in control when things get busy.

Join Healthy Hospo and Hospitality New Zealand for a unique experiential workshop designed just for hospo. Across this 2-hour session, you’ll experience:

· Interactive Breathwork, led by our resident Breathwork & Physiology expert, Josh Fankhauser, to help you manage stress and shift your state on demand.

· Hot/Cold Contrast Therapy, a guided community sauna and ice bath experience with Sauna Collective, to boost recovery, improve focus, and leave you feeling re-energised.

· Practical Tools for Everyday Life. Strategies you can take back to your workplace (and your own wellbeing) to help you thrive through peak season.

Times: Three sessions to choose from, each capped at 16 people so spaces will go fast!

· 10am - 12pm

· 1pm - 3pm

What to Bring

· Swim suit

· 2 x Towels (one for sauna, one for shower)

· Change of clothes

· Notebook & pen

Thanks to funding through Healthy Hospo NZ and Hospitality NZ the cost of $50 per person is fully sponsored.
