What does your mind need to feel well? Our mental well-being deserves the same attention as our physical one, and all diets aside, we have a rough idea of what 'healthy eating' means. What then about the mix that makes up the platter for your mind?
This great tool from Daniel Siegel and David Rock is one of my favourites for getting on track, staying on track and helping me notice when the track is disappearing before my feet.
Join me in this introduction session to learn what's on the platter and to consider what areas you are doing great in and where might be a little neglected. Then together we'll share ideas and tips for making those tweaks and small steps that can make all the difference.
