Step into an evening designed to awaken your heart and expand your consciousness. This immersive session begins with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional clarity and deeper connection to self.

Guided by Natalia, you’ll be gently led into a meditation journey that starts in the stillness of your own heart space—then gradually expands outward. Your awareness will flow from within to the room, the neighbourhood, the city, the Earth, and beyond, touching the cosmos and the vast Universe before softly returning to your center.

The experience concludes with soulful journaling, allowing you to capture and ground the insights, visions, and sensations that arise during your journey.
