The Heart Illuminated: A Weekend Experience with Deepika & Lulu

Join Deepika and Lulu for a nurturing weekend of authentic connection on Djiringanj Country, Bermagui.

Over three days we will explore the landscape of the heart through movement, breath and chanting practices; we will create, reflect and explore amongst the eucalypts on the shores of peaceful Baragoot Lake.

A spacious pause inviting you to return home to presence, to nature; to the place you call home.

Your days will include:

Gentle yoga practices at sunrise, meditation, yoga nīdra, Yin yoga, pranayama, opportunities to get creative, workshops, delicious and nourishing Ayurvedic style meals and opportunities for free time to explore the surroundings of Baragoot Lake and the delights of Bermagui.

You may wish to come along and immerse yourself in all offerings or decide you’d like more space to reflect…you decide- this is your experience, honour whatever you need.
