Join us for a very special edition of The Hearth where you will have the opportunity to create and decorate your own ceramic pot. Make your own cup, bowl, mug, trinket dish, or anything else your imagination conjures up.
Local artist Sian will be introducing you to the amazing world of clay in this three-hour workshop. You will learn how to shape clay into a pinch pot, and then decorate your vessel with an original design using vibrant underglaze colours.
All materials will be provided. After the workshop, your pieces will be fired and glazed, for you to pick up at a future Hearth session.
Please note for this workshop:
Water bottles only - no eating and drinking in the workshop
This workshop runs for the full three hours - don’t be late!

You are welcome to bring pencils and paper/sketchbooks to use while designing your surface decoration
Regular crafting will continue as always so feel free to BYO projects in addition to the other activities.
