A guided visualization to anchor the transformation—stepping fully into your new self with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Day 3: The Hero’s Offering

The journey completes as the hero returns—transformed and ready to share their light, truth, and inner gifts with the world.

Optional: 8:00 AM – Morning Qi Gong

Ease into the day with gentle, flowing breath and movement to awaken the body and spirit.

9:00 AM – Light Breakfast & Cacao Ceremony

Open the heart and honor your inner transformation with a sacred cacao ritual, accompanied by a nourishing breakfast featuring both plant-based and meat-inclusive offerings.

9:30 AM – Integration Breakout Groups

In small, supportive circles, reflect on your experience and identify the inner gifts you’re bringing forward into your life and relationships.

11:00 AM – The Hero’s Offering: A Sacred Exchange

Inspired by traditional trade blanket ceremonies, this ritual invites each participant to offer a symbolic item or token that reflects their personal journey. Through this shared moment of giving and receiving, we honor the medicine, growth, and wisdom that now belongs to the collective.

12:00 PM – Closing Circle: Returning with Grace

Our final gathering to speak truth, honor transformation, and anchor the courage it takes to keep growing. Each voice becomes a thread in the shared tapestry of healing.

1:00 PM – Farewells & Departures

Depart with a heart full of insight, a body grounded in truth, and a soul ready to live out your unique offering in the world.

What to Bring for The Hero’s Offering

On the final day of our retreat, we will participate in The Hero’s Offering—a sacred circle where each participant shares a small item as a symbolic gift from their journey. This is not about material value—it’s about meaning, intention, and honoring the transformation you’ve experienced.

Your offering should represent:

• A lesson you’ve learned

• A part of your old self you’re releasing

• A gift you now carry and want to share with the world

• A piece of beauty, inspiration, or truth that you wish to pass on

Examples of What to Bring:

• A small item from nature (shell, stone, feather, dried flower)

• A handwritten note or quote that guided you

• A simple handmade object (bracelet, drawing, bundle of herbs)

• An object that held meaning during your healing journey

• A crystal or talisman you’re ready to pass on

• A small token from your home or travels

• A symbolic item you’ve carried with you that now belongs to someone else

You’ll place your item on the offering cloth and have a chance to speak (if you choose) about what it represents. Then, in sacred reciprocity, you may select another item that calls to you.

Please don’t purchase something new—this is about sharing from the heart, not the store.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is for humans on a healing journey—those who are ready to explore their inner world, reconnect with their truth, and step into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and courage.

It’s designed for:

• The seeker, curious about their purpose and potential

• The caregiver or healer, longing to replenish and remember their own essence

• The dreamer or creative, ready to remove the blocks to expression

• The one in transition, moving through endings, beginnings, or uncertain terrain

• The wounded child, seeking tenderness, safety, and belonging

• The inner hero, ready to rise

You don’t need to be “fixed” or “figured out”—you just need to be willing to show up, feel, and grow in the presence of others walking their own courageous paths.

Through breath, movement, story, ceremony, and reflection, this retreat helps you:

• Reconnect with your authentic self

• Heal and integrate parts of your past

• Cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, spirit, and voice

• Share your unique gifts in community

• Step forward as your most honest, aligned self

This retreat is not just for one kind of person—it’s for anyone ready to awaken the hero within.

This retreat is a sober retreat and no substances including cannabis and alcohol will be permitted. Prescription medications will be reviewed for fitness. We reserve the right to decline participation.
