The Highland Picnic is a one-hour shared experience for two, combining quality time with our gentle Highland cows and a delicious Kenilworth Dairies grazing box filled with a selection of local flavours. Find a comfortable spot on the beautiful grounds of Kenilworth Dairies, enjoy your picnic and spend time meeting, patting, brushing and photographing Alan and Leo.

- How many people does the ticket include?
Each Highland Picnic booking is designed for 2 guests and includes one shared grazing box.
- Can children attend?
Yes. Children are welcome to attend and may be included as one of the two guests covered by your booking. All guests aged 3 years and over count as a guest and require a ticket. Children under 3 years may attend free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
- Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on the grounds of Kenilworth Dairies; however, they are not permitted within the Highland Picnic experience area. Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
- Can dietary requirements be catered for?
Please contact us prior to booking to discuss dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible. Gluten Free can be accommodated.
- Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Bookings are essential and places are limited to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Can I purchase additional food or drinks?
Yes. Additional food, drinks, coffee, ice cream and other dairy treats are available for purchase directly from Kenilworth Dairies.
- Will we get to meet the cows?
Absolutely! You'll have plenty of time to meet, pat, brush and take photos with Alan and Leo during your experience. They love being up close and personal with their guests.
- What should I wear?
Dress comfortably for the outdoors. Enclosed shoes are recommended as the experience takes place on grass. A hat and sunscreen are always a good idea, and if you're planning lots of photos with Alan and Leo, country-casual outfits and natural colours photograph beautifully.
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow for parking, check-in and a relaxed start to your Highland Picnic experience.
- What if I'm late?
We understand that delays can happen. As our experiences operate to a schedule, lost time due to late arrival cannot be made up and your session will still conclude at the scheduled finish time.
