THE HIKE & HEAL CLUB ⛰️✨
Our first hike at Glenrock was so beautiful, so we are going back!
Meeting at Yuelarbah Trail Carpark on Burwood Road, Whitebridge, we will then set off on a moderate trek to Glenrock Lagoon and back. This is a beautiful coastal track through the Glenrock National Park.
We will be able to stop and enjoy the lagoon and beach, please feel welcome to bring swimmers if you like. We will stretch out with some Yoga, and do some beautiful breathwork ceremony on the beach, followed by a picnic. Before heading back.
This hike itself is 4.5km and roughly 1 hour in total, so have allowed 3 hours to enjoy the surroundings and the beauty of Glenrock.
I am a Yoga and Breathwork teacher, avid hiker and I am first aid & CPR certified.
This will be a beautiful morning, making connections with others and connecting with Mother Nature!
