The Hogwarts Express Pub Crawl

UniSA Business Society and Adelaide Business Students' Society welcome you to The Hogwarts Express Pub Crawl!

Grab your wands and put on your robes because this magical pub crawl is about to take you on a journey through the wizarding world like never before. Join us for a night of butterbeer and potion themed drinks at various pubs along the way. Make sure to brush up on your spell casting skills because you never know when you might need to use a charm or hex to get through the night. So gather your fellow wizards and witches and get ready for a night of magic and fun!

Remember, witches and wizards: Dress up, bring your best Hogwarts spirit, and prepare to be enchanted! The Hogwarts Express Pub Crawl promises a night of magical memories and delightful surprises. See you on board!

Please note this is an 18+ event. All sales are final. You will not be able to participate in this event if you are under 18. By attending this event you agree to behave in a safe and responsible manner, and practice safe drinking habits. You will be asked to leave the venue if your behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable by the venues. We will be unable to issue any refunds post the sale.

Itinerary

Stop 1: Departing King's Cross (5pm-6pm)

• University of Adelaide Students: Gather at the Uni Bar, your very own Gryffindor Common Room! Fuel up on Butterbeer and share Hogwarts gossip before boarding the Express.
• University of South Australia Students: Meet at the West Oak Hotel's Bar, your Ravenclaw haven. Sharpen your wits and prepare for a night of magical merriment!

Stop 2: Platform 9 ¾ (6pm-7pm)

• Both Groups: All aboard the Hogwarts Express! Head to Plain Jane Adelaide, which transforms into Platform 9 ¾ for the night. Remember, it takes a bit of magic to get through the barrier – just run headfirst and believe!

Stop 3: The Three Broomsticks (7pm-8pm)

• Casablabla: Our first pit stop after departing Hogwarts is The Three Broomsticks! Mingle with fellow witches and wizards, raise your glasses for a toast to Professor Dumbledore, and enjoy some enchanting entertainment. Who knows, you might even encounter a friendly ghost!

Stop 4: Honeydukes Sweetshop (8pm-9pm)

• Bckyrd: Get your sugar fix at Honeydukes Sweetshop, disguised as Bckyrd for the night. Indulge in delicious treats, dance like a troll unleashed, and test your skills in a friendly game of Exploding Snap!

Stop 5: Diagon Alley (9pm-10pm)

• Cumby: Prepare to be amazed at Diagon Alley, tonight located at Cumby. Unwind and explore the magical shops, potions, and concoctions offered by this hidden gem. Perhaps you'll find the perfect gift for a fellow witch or wizard!

Stop 6: Hogwarts (10pm onwards)

• Cherry: Our final destination is Hogwarts itself! Hidden within the walls of Late Cherry tonight, let loose, cast a few spells on the dance floor, and celebrate an unforgettable night with your newfound magical friends!
