The Holding Space is a gentle, 90-minute, trauma-informed workshop designed specifically to give you a safe place to land. This is not a space where you will be told to "just relax" or stay positive. It is a room where your grief, your anger, your exhaustion, and your story are completely welcome and respected.

What to Expect:

• Zero-Pressure Environment: There is no forced sharing. You are entirely free to participate, talk, or simply sit in quiet, supportive co-presence with others who understand the depth of this journey.

• A Guided Reflection Journal: Every attendee will receive a beautiful, minimalist journal to keep. We will use short, private prompts during the session to help process the complex identity shifts and emotional friction of this season.

• Practical Anchor Tools: Together, we will gently map out your own "Anchor Plan"—a personalized mental health toolkit featuring somatic nervous-system resets, script ideas for setting hard boundaries with loved ones, and protective strategies for triggering days.
